As stated in our material event disclosure dated 10.06.2024;

On 13.06.2024, a Project Development Agreement for Real Estate Sales Promise and Flat for Land Construction Works was signed in accordance with the proportional distribution of the sharing of the independent sections related to the residential project planned to be developed on the immovable property with an area of 10.795 m2, registered on Block 4000, Parcel 8 of the title deed, located in Kurtköy Neighborhood, Pendik District, Istanbul Province, owned by QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ (Land owner), 65% of which will be owned by our Company as the project developer and 35% by the land owner.
