Within the scope of the share repurchase transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 84.628 were repurchased by our Company on 27.08.2024 at a price of TL 4,37 per share in Borsa Istanbul.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 27.08.2024 was TL 55.052.976 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.34 %.
