Additional Explanations
Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 55.694 were repurchased by our Company on Borsa Istanbul on 16.09.2024 at a price of TL 4.42 per share.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 16.09.2024 was TL 62.049.447 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.54%.
