Additional Explanations
Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 342.873 were repurchased by our Company on Borsa Istanbul on 17.09.2024 at a price of TL 4.48- TL 4.49 (weighted average TL 4,487 ) per share.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 17.09.2024 was TL 63.588.018 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.58%.
