Additional Explanations
Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 68,906 were repurchased by our Company on 20.09.2024 at Borsa Istanbul at a price of TL 4.55 per share (weighted average TL 4.55).

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 20.09.2024 was TL 65.258.437 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.62%.
