Additional Explanations
Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 4.401 were repurchased by our Company on Borsa Istanbul on 24.09.2024 at a price of TL 4.7 per share.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 24.09.2024 was TL 68.348.702 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.70%.
