Additional Explanations
Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 1.000.000 were repurchased by our Company on Borsa Istanbul on 25.09.2024 at a price of TL 4.80 TL - 4.82 (weighted average TL 4,812 ) per share.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 25.09.2024 was TL 73 .160.702 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.83%.
