In accordance with the investment strategy of our Company and within the scope of the "financing of new real estates (land, land, real estate started or completed, etc.) to be acquired for the purpose of expanding the real estate portfolio of the Company and financing of construction projects to be developed on lands and lands that may be included in the portfolio in the future" as stated in Article 3 of the "Report of the Board of Directors on the Uses of the Funds to be Obtained from the Capital Increase" dated September 27, 2023 regarding the uses of the funds obtained as a result of the public offering;
To develop a real estate project consisting of villas on the immovable properties owned by Ünlü Doğan (Land owner) and registered in Istanbul province, Çekmeköy district, Reşadiye neighborhood, block 598, parcels 1, 3, 6 and 7 and block 0, parcels 692 and 923,
It has been decided to sign a "Project Development Agreement Regarding Immovable Sales Promise and Construction Works in Return for Flats" on November 08, 2024, with 54.17% of the value of the sharing of the independent sections of the said project belonging to MHR GYO AŞ and 45.83% belonging to the land owner, and the contract was signed on the same date.
After the completion of the unification procedures for the project, a valuation report will be made after the construction license to be obtained and will be disclosed on KAP.
