The 2024 year-end valuation report for the QFlats Project attached, which will be realized on the land owned by QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ, located in Istanbul Province, Pendik District, Kurtköy Neighborhood, Block 4000, Parcel 8, with a surface area of 10.795,00m², in accordance with the proportional distribution in which 65% of the independent sections will be shared by our Company as the project developer and 35% by the land owner.
