Pursuant to Article 40, paragraph 3, subparagraph ç of the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts numbered III-48.1; the total annual lease amount, including renewed and ongoing transactions, not exceeding 2% of the total assets in the last financial statements disclosed to the public in 2024, amounted to TL 208,183,181 + VAT.

In 2024, no real estate purchases or sales transactions were made, except for the purchase of Mistral İzmir office, which was realized for 30.600.000,-TL+VAT, which was disclosed to the public at https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/1286976.
