OUR DECLARATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE COMMUNIQUÉ NUMBERED II-14.1 OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD

We have examined the financial statements and annual report of our Company for the annual period ending on 31.12.2024 (Accounting Period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024) prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial II, No. 14.1 "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets", as well as the Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Report, Corporate Governance Information Form and Sustainability Compliance Report.

b. To the best of our knowledge and information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements, annual report, Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Report, Corporate Governance Information Form and Sustainability Compliance Report do not contain any misstatements on material matters or any omissions that may be construed as misleading as of the date of the disclosure.

c. To the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements and annual report prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards give a true and fair view of the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss.
