OUR DECLARATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE COMMUNICATION NUMBER II-14.1 OF THE CAPITAL MARKET BOARD

a- We have examined the financial statements and annual report of our Company for the annual period ending on 31.03.2025 (Accounting Period 01.01.2025-31.03.2025) prepared within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial II, No. 14.1 on "Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets".

b- Within the framework of the information we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements and annual report do not contain any misrepresentation of the facts on material issues or any omissions that may be construed as misleading as of the date of the disclosure.

c- To the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements and annual report prepared in accordance with the financial reporting standards in force fairly reflect the truth about the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss.
