The detailed information regarding the lien placed in favor of our Company on the land of our QFlats Project, which we announced in our statement dated November 14, 2025, is as follows:

The Kurtköy QFlats Project, developed by our company on the land owned by our group company QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ, involves the distribution of independent units as follows: by the Company as the project developer and 35% by the landowner, in accordance with the rights arising from the Real Estate Sales Promise and Project Development Agreement for Construction Work in Exchange for Shares signed accordingly, pursuant to Article 26 of the GYO Circular, a lien was placed on the project land on November 14, 2025.
