On 06/10/2022, sale of shares with a nominal value of TRY 633.000 corresponding to 1,918% of our company's capital, to our Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Yusuf ŞENEL at a price of TRY 83,00 per share was carried out within the scope of wholesale transactions through Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. (Buyer and Seller Intermediary Member).

With the wholesale trade transaction realized on 23.06.2022, our Company's total gain from these transactions is TRY 19,575,909.36.
