oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz sermayesinin toplam % 60,00 oranındaki payına isabet eden Yusuf ŞENEL'e ait 3.000.000 adet A Grubu ve 16.800.000 adet B grubu olmak üzere toplam 19.800.000 TL nominal değerli paya karşılık gelen 19.800.000 adet payın tamamı yine Yusuf ŞENEL'in sermayesinin %100'üne sahip olduğu NATUREL HOLDİNG A.Ş.'ye 1 TL nominal değere karşılık gelen pay başına 165,00 TL ile toplam 3.267.000.000 TL bedelle 05.12.2022 tarihinde (bugün) devredildiği hususu anılan pay sahipleri tarafından Şirketimize bildirilmiştir. Söz konusu devir sonucunda şirketimizin yönetim ve kontrol yapısında değişiklik meydana gelmediği için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Pay Alım Teklifi Tebliği" hükümleri uyarınca zorunlu pay alım teklifinde bulunulmayacağı hususu ilgili taraflarca Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.
