In accordance with the board of directors' decision dated 31.12.2021, numbered 2021/38, and revised by the board of directors' decision dated 15.02.2023, numbered 2023/10, our company has repurchased its shares within the share buyback program. The repurchased shares of NATEN with a nominal value of TRY 750.000 were sold to the related party Naturel Holding A.Ş, in compliance with Rule 7.1 of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.) Wholesale Trading Procedures for Trading Companies' Shares and within these standards, at a price of TRY 51,50 per share, without any change in control power.
After the sale, our company has realized a profit of TRY 5,557,205.68.
As a result of this transaction, the share of Naturel Holding A.Ş. in our company's capital has risen to
60,61%
. With the transfer of the sold shares, the total repurchased shares of our company have decreased from 750,000 to 0, and the share of these repurchased shares within our company's capital has decreased from 0,455% to 0,0000%.
With the wholesale trade transaction realized on 23.06.2022 and 06.10.2022, our
Company's total gain from these transactions is TRY 25,133,115.04.
