Within the scope of turnkey contracting activities (EPC) for solar power plants of our company, a contract was signed between Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. and Oğuz Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. for he turnkey installation of the "TURNKEY SELF-CONSUMPTION LAND TYPE SOLAR POWER PLANT" to meet the electricity needs of Oğuz Tekstil for a total amount of 13,013,000.00 USD (441,058,718.10 TRY + VAT), excluding VAT.

As a result of the applications made to the relevant public institution, capacity allocation could not be provided. Therefore, the contract was mutually terminated by the agreement of the parties, and the contract advance payment of 2,602,000.00 USD (88,410,842.52 TL) has been refunded.
