As stated in our public disclosure dated 10.11.2023, within the scope of our company's Solar Power Plant construction activities, a contract was signed between Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. and Mavi Tur Bodrum Mavi Turizm San. ve Tic. A.Ş for the installation of Land type solar power system to meet the electricity needs of the La Quinta by Wyndham Hotel in Aydın Nazilli. The contract amount, excluding VAT, is USD 654,500.00 (TRY 24,826,952.15 + VAT)

Mentioned in the contract installation of Land type Solar Power Plant has been completed and accepted by relevant institutions and solar power plant has started energy production.
