At the Board of Directors meeting of our company held on 04.02.2025, within the scope of our international growth objectives, and in line with our innovation-oriented strategy, sustainability principles, and ESG criteria;

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is among the countries with the most comprehensive renewable energy vision on a global scale and is developing extensive strategies to ensure a sustainable transformation in the energy sector. In this context, large-scale investments in renewable energy sources are planned to be implemented across the country.

The UAE aims to triple its installed renewable energy capacity by 2030 and to meet at least 50% of its total energy demand from renewable sources by 2050. Additionally, the country targets achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and is developing comprehensive policy frameworks and strategic projects in line with this goal.

Our company has resolved to establish a company in the UAE in order to operate in the field of renewable energy, including the construction of power plants, energy storage facilities, transformer stations, urban grids, electric vehicle charging networks, and transmission lines, as well as to provide turnkey contracting and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services, supply materials, establish partnerships, and make investments in these areas.

On 09.05.2025, our company named NATUREL CLIMATECH FZCO was established in the UAE with an initial capital of AED 100,000.
