Şirketimizin sermaye artırım sürecinde rüçhan haklarının kullanılmasının ardından, kullanılmayan yeni pay alma hakları Birincil Piyasada 18-19 Mart 2021 tarihleri arasında Yatırım Finansman Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. aracılığıyla satışa sunulmuştur.
Birincil Piyasada halka arz işlemleri kapsamında yeni pay alma hakkı kullanımı sonrası kalan,
- nominal değeri 2.009.227,979 TL olan B Grubu pay satışı gerçekleştirilmiş olup, B Grubu payların tamamının satışı pay başına 2,7714 TL'den,
- nominal değeri 1.208.526,643 TL olan A Grubu pay satışı gerçekleştirilmiş olup, A Grubu payların tamamının satışı da 2,7714 TL'den
tamamlanmıştır.
A Grubu Payların virman işlemi, talepte bulunan tasarruf sahiplerinin hesabına 1 iş günü sonra (22.03.2021) tarihinde yapılacaktır.
