Yönetim Kurulumuz 07.04.2026 tarihli toplantısında, 9.900.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde 590.000.000 TL tutarındaki çıkarılmış sermayesinin; tamamı iç kaynaklardan (Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farklarından) karşılanmak suretiyle %35 oranında, toplam 206.500.000 TL tutarında bedelsiz olarak artırılarak 796.500.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına karar vermiştir.
Bu çerçevede, sermaye artırımına ve esas sözleşme değişikliğine ilişkin SPK başvurusu 16 Nisan 2026 tarihinde yapılmıştır.
