(Özata Tersanesi) denizcilik ve savunma sanayii alanında iş birliği imkânlarını değerlendirmek üzere bir Mutabakat Muhtırası imzalanmıştır. Söz konusu iş birliği; insansız deniz araçları, hibrit platformlar, otonom ve yarı otonom sistemler ile insansız sualtı araçları başta olmak üzere geniş bir teknolojik alanı kapsamaktadır. Taraflar, bu iş birliği kapsamında; Türkiye'nin savunma sanayii hedefleri doğrultusunda askeri, güvenlik ve sivil kullanım alanlarına yönelik yenilikçi çözümler geliştirilmesi, deniz güvenliği ve kritik tesis koruma sistemlerinin güçlendirilmesi ve uluslararası pazarlarda rekabetçi ürünlerin ortaya konulması için ortak çalışmalar yürütmeyi hedeflemektedir. Pasifik Teknoloji'nin insansız sistemler, otonomi ve görev yönetim teknolojilerindeki tecrübesi ile Özata Tersanesi'nin deniz platformları tasarımı, üretimi ve entegrasyonu konusundaki güçlü altyapısının birleşmesiyle; yeni nesil deniz sistemleri alanında önemli bir sinerji oluşturulması öngörülmektedir. Our company, Pasifik Teknoloji, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Özata Shipbuilding Industry and Trade Inc. (Özata Shipyard) to explore opportunities for collaboration in the maritime and defence industries. This collaboration covers a broad technological scope, including unmanned surface vehicles, hybrid platforms, autonomous and semi-autonomous systems, and unmanned underwater vehicles. Under this collaboration, the parties aim to conduct joint work to develop innovative solutions for military, security and civilian applications in line with Turkey's defence industry objectives, to strengthen maritime security and critical infrastructure protection systems, and to bring competitive products to international markets. It is anticipated that the combination of Pasifik Teknoloji's expertise in unmanned systems, autonomy and mission management technologies with Özata Shipyard's robust infrastructure in the design, production and integration of naval platforms will create significant synergy in the field of next-generation naval systems.
