The zoning plan for our Erft Loft project, which is being developed within our company and in which we hold all the shares of Blue Stone Investment GMBH, has been approved by the Municipal Council. Following the approval of the construction permit application, construction is scheduled to commence in March 2024.

Our project is being developed on a 3,000 m2 plot of land located in the city of Grevenborich in the North Rhine-Westphalia state of Germany. The project includes a total of 12,420 m2 of indoor construction area, both above and below ground, consisting of 10,056 m2 of above-ground construction area (93 apartments + 2 commercial spaces) and 2,364 m2 of gross parking area. Discussions are underway regarding the leasing of one of the commercial spaces to a bank.
