Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri :III, N 48-1 sayılı '"Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği"nin 35.maddesi uyarınca, Şirketimiz portföyünde bulunan ve yıl içinde alınacak varlıkların değerlemesinin yaptırılması amacıyla; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatınca tanımı yapılmış ve yetki verilmiş değerleme hizmeti alınacak şirketler olarak;

1) Şirketimiz portföyünde bulunan ve değerleme yaptırılması gereken aşağıdaki varlıklar için;

- Ataköy Nef 22 Projesi: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme Ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,

- Sultanmakamı Konutları: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme Ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,

- Çamlıca Arsası: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme Ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,

- Kaiserwall Binası (Almanya): Netzelwerk GmbH,

2) Portföye 2024 yılı içerisinde alınabilecek ve değerleme gerektirecek varlıklar için ise ülkeler bazında;

- Türkiye; Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme Ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. veya Lotus Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,

- İngiltere; Kingstons (Guildford) Limited veya Strutt & Parker,

- Almanya; Netzelwerk GmbH veya Wardin & Schmoranz Sachverständige für Immobilienbewertung (Wardin & Schmoranz Mülkiyet Değerleme Uzmanı).,

- İspanya; Eurovaloraciones S.A. veya Krata Sociedad de Tasación, S. A,

ile çalışılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu karar uyarınca yurtdışında yer alan gayrimenkullere ilişkin olarak değerleme hizmeti alınacak olan kuruluşlar, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun muadili olan kurum listesinde yer alan değerleme kuruluşlarıdır.

In accordance with Article 35 of the 'Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts' numbered III, N 48-1, issued by the Capital Markets Board; for the purpose of valuation of assets held in our Company's portfolio and those to be acquired during the year, companies authorized and defined by the Capital Markets Board regulations will be engaged for valuation services as follows:

1. For the assets in our Company's portfolio requiring valuation:

- Ataköy Nef 22 Project: Net Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc.,

- Sultanmakamı Residences: Net Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc.,

- Çamlıca Land: Net Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc.,

- Kaiserwall Building (Germany): Netzelwerk GmbH,

2. For the assets that may be acquired and require valuation in 2024 on a country basis:

- Turkey: Net Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc. or Lotus Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc.,

- United Kingdom: Kingstons (Guildford) Limited or Strutt & Parker,

- Germany: Netzelwerk GmbH or Wardin & Schmoranz Sachverständige für Immobilienbewertung (Wardin & Schmoranz Property Valuation Expert),

- Spain: Eurovaloraciones S.A. or Krata Sociedad de Tasación, S.A.,

it has been decided to work with.

In accordance with the aforementioned decision, the valuation firms to be engaged for real estate located abroad are valuation firms listed in the list of institutions equivalent to the Capital Markets Board.
