The purchases made on 12.03.2024 within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by the Board of Directors' decision dated 03 .06.2024 have been added to the table.

On June 3, 2024, 1,550,000 shares were repurchased at a price of 7.956 TL, bringing the total PEKGY shares owned by our company to 25,000,000. The buyback program initiated on March 12, 2024, has been completed.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this public disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
