A real estate sales promise agreement has been signed with Tenet İnşaat ve Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. in the form of an arrangement for the purchase of 73 independent units, valued at 792,200,000 TL excluding VAT as per the report dated 06.06.2024 by Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., located in the Tenet Topkapı Prime Project being constructed on the property situated in Istanbul province, Zeytinburnu district, Merkez Efendi neighborhood, block 3326, parcel 11, for a total price of 832,134,745 TL excluding VAT, to be delivered as "turnkey" completed.
