Due to the merger of our companies, GG Gayrimenkul and DİGH Maslak, under DİGH Maslak, it has been decided that the merger process between our company and GG Gayrimenkul Geliştirme İnşaat İşletmecilik A.Ş., which was resolved in our company's meeting dated 16.09.2024 and numbered 2024/21, is no longer necessary.
