The plan amendment prepared for our Erft Loft Project, developed in the city of Grevenbroich in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany under our subsidiary BluStone Investment GMBH, has been approved and finalized by the Municipal Council.

Under the newly approved project, a total construction area of 12,400 m² will include 90 apartments, 1 commercial unit, and parking spaces. The projected revenue for this project is €55,000,000 (₺2,013,000,000). Applications have been submitted to the relevant authorities for permits, and the construction tender process has officially commenced.
