In line with the resolution adopted at our Board of Directors' meeting dated 22.01.2025 and numbered 2025/06:

Pursuant to Article 35 of the Communiqué on the Principles of Real Estate Investment Companies (No. III-48.1) of the Capital Markets Board:

1. For the following assets in our Company's portfolio that require valuation for the year 2025:

  • Ataköy Nef 22 Project: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,
  • Peker Tower Maslak: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,
  • Sultanmakamı Residences: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,
  • Ritz Carlton: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.,
  • Kaiserwall Building (Germany): Netzelwerk GmbH

2. For potential assets to be added to the portfolio in 2025 that require valuation, the following organizations will be engaged based on the country:

  • Turkey: Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. or Reel Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş.,
  • United Kingdom: Kingstons (Guildford) Limited or Strutt & Parker,
  • Germany: Netzelwerk GmbH or Wardin & Schmoranz Sachverständige für Immobilienbewertung (Wardin & Schmoranz Property Valuation Experts),
  • Spain: Eurovaloraciones S.A. and Krata Sociedad de Tasación, S.A.,

The organizations to be engaged for valuation services regarding overseas real estate, as per this resolution, are listed as valuation institutions equivalent to those recognized by the Capital Markets Board.
