A long-term financing agreement has been executed between DHB Bank N.V. and our subsidiary, Peker GYO Global GmbH, in the amount of €10,000,000 (₺433,914,000). The loan has a maturity of 10 years, including a 2-year grace period, and bears an annual interest rate of 6.75%.
