On December 12th, 2025, the Board of Directors resolved to relocate the Company's registered headquarters from "Cumhuriyet Mah. Silahşor Cad. Yeniyol Sk. N8/1-G, Bomonti / Şişli / Istanbul" to "Maslak Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. Kapital Plaza N17-19, İç Kapı N8, Sarıyer / Istanbul". The Company will accordingly submit the requisite filing for the address change to the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate.
