Our company's board of directors decided to relocate its headquarters from Cumhuriyet Mah. Silahşor Cad. Yeniyol Sk. N8/1-G, Bomonti / Şişli / İstanbul to Maslak Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. Kapital Plaza No 17-19 İç Kapı N 8 Sarıyer / İstanbul, and this decision was announced on 12 December 2025. In this context, the registration procedures for our company's new head office address have been completed at the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
