(TEHOL)'nin iştiraki olan Barikat İnternet Güvenliği Ticaret A.Ş., 2025 yılı Aralık ayı içerisinde kamu ve özel sektörün siber güvenlik ihtiyaçlarına yönelik olarak toplamda 650.000.000 TL tutarında yeni sipariş almıştır. Söz konusu siparişler; stratejik kamu kurumları, finansal kuruluşlar, ulaştırma ve perakende sektörlerini kapsamakta olup, ileri seviye siber güvenlik çözümleri, güvenlik operasyon merkezi (SOC) hizmetleri, DDoS koruma sistemleri ve yerli siber güvenlik yazılımlarını içermektedir. Alınan siparişlerin şirketimizin konsolide finansallarına ve operasyonel büyümesine olumlu katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygı ile duyurulur.		Barikat İnternet Güvenliği Ticaret A.Ş., an affiliate of our Company, Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding A.Ş. (TEHOL), has received new orders totalling 650,000,000 TL in December 2025, addressing the cybersecurity needs of both the public and private sectors. The said orders cover strategic public institutions, financial institutions, as well as the transportation and retail sectors, and include advanced cybersecurity solutions, Security Operations Center (SOC) services, DDoS protection systems, and domestic cybersecurity software solutions. The received orders are expected to contribute positively to our Company's consolidated financial results and operational growth. Respectfully submitted for the information of the general public and investors. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
