Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 29.04.2021 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) duyurusu yapılan, Şirketimizin 220.000.000.-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde kalmak üzere, 44.762.708,45.-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayenin, tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle %111,70 oranında 50.000.000.-TL artırılarak 94.762.708,45.-TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün (31.05.2021) itibariyle başvuru yapılmıştır.
