2024 yılı net dağıtılabilir kârının hesaplanmasında; Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Kurumlar Vergisi, Gelir Vergisi ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri, esas sözleşmemizin kâr dağıtımına ilişkin maddeleri ve Kâr Dağıtım Politikamız dikkate alınarak; Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 Tebliği'ne uygun olarak ve Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları esas alınarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolara göre 2024 yılı net dönem kârı 34.424.871 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.
Yasal kayıtlarda yer alan dönem net karı geçmiş yıl zararlarından düşük olduğu için bu döneme ilişkin dağıtılabilir kar bulunmamaktadır. Bu nedenle yıl karı maddesinin görüşülmeden geçilmesine karar verildi.
