SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte paylaşılmakta olup, belirlenen pay satış fiyatı 14,68 TL ve ihraç edilecek payların toplam nominal değeri 5.449.591 TL'dir.
Onaylı ihraç belgesi kapsamında toptan alış satış işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesini teminen Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'ye başvuru yapılmıştır.
