Dividend Payment Table Explanation

( 1 ) Karda imtiyazlı pay grubu yoktur.
( 2 ) Sermayenin %10,51'ini temsil eden A Grubu paylar tam mükellef tüzel kişilere ait olduğundan stopaj uygulanmayacaktır. Sermayenin % 0,60'ını temsil eden A Grubu paylar ise tam mükellef gerçek kişilere ait olduğundan % 15 stopaj uygulanacak olup 1 TL nominal değerli hisse için 2,4836589 TL net temettü ödenecektir.
( 3 ) B Grubu payların bilinen tüzel kişilere ait olan % 43,53'ünü temsil eden kısmına stopaj uygulanmayacaktır.
( 4 ) B Grubu halka açık paylarının tamamının gerçek kişilere ait olduğu varsayılarak % 15 stopaj uygulanmıştır.
