Şirketimiz 28.04.2020 tarihli genel kurul toplantısında ;

1 Ocak - 31 Aralık 2019 hesap dönemine ait Mali Tablolar ile Aren Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. firması tarafından tanzim edilen Bağımsız Denetim Raporunun incelenmesi sonucunda;

• Dağıtılması öngörülen temettünün 2 taksit halinde dağıtılması,

a) Birinci taksit olarak Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na eklenen Geçici 13. Madde 1 inci fıkrasında "30/9/2020 tarihine kadar 2019 yılı net dönem kârının yalnızca yüzde yirmi beşine kadarının dağıtımına karar verilebilir" hükmüne göre, dönem net karının % 25'ini aşmayacak şekilde 2.197.800 TL'sının pay başına brüt 0,296 TL ve net 0,2516 TL olmak üzere 04 Mayıs 2020 tarihinde ödenmesi,

b) İkinci taksit olarak 2019 yılı dönem karının kalan kısmı ile geçmiş yıl karlarından oluşan 7.228.728 TL'sının pay başına brüt 0,9735660 TL ve net 0,8275311 TL'nın Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na eklenen Geçici 13. Madde 1 inci fıkrasında belirtilen 30.09.2020 tarihinden sonra yönetim kurulunca belirlenecek tarihte, süre uzatımı olması durumunda uzatılan süre sonunda yine yönetim kurulunca belirlenecek tarihte ödenmesi;

şeklinde gerçekleştirilmesi 1 TL Red 4.023.369,116 kabul oyu ile oyçokluğu ile kabul edildi.
