Regarding that Mr. Stefan Waldner will not complete the one of the independent Board of Directors membership criterias: " being deemed as a resident of Turkey",we are kindly informing the public opinion that the Independent Member of the Board of the Directors of our Company, Mr. Stefan Waldner will resign from the Board of Directors of Ray Sigorta A.S. as well as the Audit Committee, both being effective as of the day of appointment of a new member to the Board of Directors as well as to the Audit Committee.
