Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II – 14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan 2018 yılı konsolide Bilanço ve Gelir Tablosu'na göre Şirketimizin 2018 yılı ana ortaklığa ait net dönem karı 12.747.000 TL'dir. Dönem içinde sosyal yardım amacıyla vakıf ve derneklere yapılan bağış ve yardımların tutarı ise 1.770 TL'dir.
Net dönem kârından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı ve Şirketimiz Ana Sözleşmesi hükümleri ile Kâr Dağıtım Politikasına uygun olarak, çıkarılmış sermayenin 6.000.000-
TL arttırılarak 29.250.000-TL'den 35.250.000-TL'ye yükseltilmesine ve bu suretle hissedarlarımıza payları oranında bedelsiz hisse olarak dağıtılmasına,
Hissedarlarımıza brüt 3.000.000-TL nakit kar payı dağıtılmasına,
Yönetim Kurulu üyelerine brüt 1.000.000-TL kar payı ödenmesine ve bakiye 2.073.653,87-TL'nin olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması hususunun Olağan Genel Kurulu'un onayına sunulmasına
karar verilmiştir.
