Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II – 14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan 2019 yılı konsolide Bilanço ve Gelir Tablosu'na
göre Şirketimizin 2019 yılı ana ortaklığa ait net dönem karı 6.787.891,00 TL'dir. Dönem içinde sosyal yardım amacıyla vakıf ve derneklere yapılan bağış ve yardımların tutarı ise 3.000 TL'dir.
Net dönem kârından vergi karşılıkları ve yasak yedek akçeler düşüldükten sonra kalan 5.193.127,68-TL'nin olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması hususunun Olağan Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına,
oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
