Dividend Rate Table Explanations

In our Consolidated Income Statement dated 31.12.2024 prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board communiqués, we submit for your approval the Net Distributable Period Profit, which is 319.818.182 TL in total after deducting Taxes Payable and General Legal Reserves, by including donations from the period profit, to be distributed according to the tables below. In Article 25 of our Articles of Association, it has been decided to distribute 35.00% net cash dividend to our partners and the distribution date will be 25.04.2025.

If the offer is accepted, 41.1765% (0.411765 TL) Gross and 35.00% (0.3500 TL) Net cash dividends will be distributed per share with a nominal value of 1.-TL from our 600.000.000.-TL Paid-in Capital.
