Our Company entered the US market in 1980 and strengthened its market position by establishing its own distribution network the United States under Sark-USA brand in 2002.

As the pioneering Turkish company that has commenced production in the United States, in line with its strategy to fulfill growing customer demand promptly and locally, the company initiated its operations under the name Sark Wire in Albany, the capital of New York state, in 2008.

Aligning with its future expansion strategies, the company established its second production facility in Toccoa, Georgia, by the end of 2014, to enhance logistics and manage costs across its extensive geographical reach while effectively addressing the requirements of its growing customer network.

Sark Wire increases its presence in the U.S. wire and cable industry thanks to its sustainable production and two factories established over an area of 120,000 square meters, as well as its new investments.

Dedicated to becoming a more integrated manufacturer by completing its production chain from beginning to end through its new continuous wire rod casting facility, boasting an annual capacity of 20,000 tons commissioned at the start of the past year, Sark Wire remains committed to its investment efforts towards achieving self-sufficiency.

On the other hand, Sark Wire diversifies its product range in line with the technological projection of the U.S. market and strengthens its position as a reliable supplier of copper conductors in the industry thanks to the recently installed machinery in its production facility in Georgia and its agile production structure, in addition to the bare and tin-plated, stranded copper wire conductors that the company manufactures exclusively in a very wide range from 0.5 mm2 to 600 mm2 cross-sections, which are extensively required in the market, particularly in renewable energy systems (solar and wind), electric vehicles, smart city projects and data centers used by AI, as well as special conductive products such as nickel-plated copper wire required in the medical sector and the aerospace industry.

Sark Wire, with total assets around $100 million, completed last year with a turnover of $202 million, in which half of the retail amount is achieved by contract manufacturing to optimize raw material costs, exceeding its production and sales targets.

Sark Wire is anticipated to increase its retail revenues by over 25% this year , as it will be positively affected by the tariff barriers imposed on imports to the U.S. market.

In line with the plans of the U.S. government to make the copper industry self-sufficient as part of its critical minerals policy, Sark Wire is expected to emerge as a significantly more strategic supplier in all the industries it serves in the coming years.
