Şirketimiz Say Reklamcılık Yapı Dekorasyon Proje Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin 8 Ağustos 2019 tarihli olağan genel kurul toplantısına katılıp toplantı gündeminin 16'ncı maddesinde görüşülen ana faaliyet alanı değişikliğine ilişkin olumsuz oy kullanarak muhalefet şerhini toplantı tutanağına işleten pay sahiplerinin ayrılma hakkı kullanım süreci 2 Eylül 2019 tarihi itibariyle sona ermiştir.

Şirketimiz gelen ayrılma hakkı kullanım talepleri doğrultusundan 250.000 lot payını iktisap ederek bunun karşılığında 232.500 TL ödeme yapmıştır.
