The General Assembly resolution dated 30.05.2024 on the selection of RAM BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş as the independent auditor to audit our Company's financial reports for the year 2024 accounting period and to fulfill all other obligations required for the auditors by Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and Capital Markets Law numbered 6362 and related regulations, has been registered on 31.05.2024 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
