Şiket'imiz Yönetim Kurulu 11 Mart 2024 tarihli toplantısında; 17.02.2024 tarih ve 2024/7 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu kararında yer alan 2023 Yılı Faaliyet karından Kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin kararının ekinde verilen ve 17.02.2024 tarihinde KAP açıklaması ile Kamuoyuna duyurulan Kar Dağıtım Tablosu'nun, UFRS (SPK'ya Göre) Kısmındaki Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe rakamı sehven yapılan hata nedeniyle revize edilmesine ve bu değişikliğin 17.02.2024 tarihli kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin yönetim kurulu kararına bir etkisi bulunmayacağına karar vermiş olup revize tablo ek de kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmuştur.
