The Company pays utmost attention to the exercise of minority rights, and the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and the legislation related to public joint stock companies regarding minority rights are fully implemented. Considering our current shareholding structure, the distribution of shares other than the shares of the parent company and the general practices in our country, no change is foreseen in our Articles of Association regarding the expansion of the scope of minority rights.
