In our material event disclosure dated 31.01.2024, it was reported that we plan to produce some of the energy consumed in our restaurants, which have their own electricity subscriptions, by establishing a Solar Power Plant (SPP) and for this purpose, our Company has applied for a call letter within the framework of the "Regulation on Unlicensed Electricity Generation in the Electricity Market" for the establishment of a SPP with a capacity of approximately 20,801 kWp DC / 18 MWe AC in Bozova District of Şanlıurfa Province.

Although our unlicensed electricity generation facility applications planned to be established within the scope of the Regulation have passed the technical evaluation, we received information stating that the capacity for connection to the relevant transformer center has been filled. Accordingly, our company will evaluate alternative studies in relation to our SPP project.

Sustainability is a strategic priority for our company and in this context, it was previously announced that our company has received the International Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC), which certifies that the electricity consumption of the street restaurants operated by our company is supplied from renewable sources for 2023. We would like to inform the public that our SPP Project works will continue within the framework of our sustainability strategy and as we have committed during the public offering process.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
