In accordance with Article 4.2.8. of the Corporate Governance Principles in the Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1) of the Capital Markets Board, the directors' and officers' liability insurance covering our controlling shareholder TFI Tab Gıda Yatırımları A.Ş. and its subsidiaries under the terms of the policy, valid until 01.01.2026, has been renewed with an amount exceeding 25% of our Company's capital, and our Company also benefits from the provisions of this policy.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
