The TFI Board of Directors is responsible for determining the sustainability strategies of TFI TAB Gıda Yatırımları and its group companies. There are two main structures within sustainability management: TFI Sustainability Coordination Board TAB Gıda Sustainability Board The TAB Gıda Board of Directors leads the company's long-term value creation goals through the Corporate Governance Committee, ensuring consideration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. The approval mechanism for processes is carried out by the Chairman of the TAB Gıda Board of Directors and the Vice Chairman and CEO of TFI TAB Gıda Yatırımları. The TAB Gıda Sustainability Board has been established to align with the TFI Sustainability Coordination Board and focuses on operational processes and implementations. As part of our commitment to sustainable activities and business models, we are aware of the importance of effectively managing the waste generated during our restaurant operations. As of 2023, we established the Zero Waste Management System at TAB Gıda and ensured that our restaurants located on streets and avenues (In-Line) were certified according to the Zero Waste Regulation. By the end of 2024, we included 148 In-Line restaurants in the Zero Waste System of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey. In 2024, the evaluation process for 31 suppliers was completed, with 3 suppliers categorized as foundational, 23 suppliers as transitional, and 5 suppliers as transformational. In 2025, evaluations of the remaining suppliers will be completed, and the development of those at the foundational and transitional levels will be monitored. We are in the process of advancing our online training platforms by transitioning to a different e-learning platform that offers end-to-end digital solutions powered by artificial intelligence. Through this platform, all our employees will be able to progress in their self-learning journeys in addition to the training programs supported by us. Moreover, we continue our e-certified “Future Managers” training program in collaboration with Anadolu University’s Açık Öğretim Faculty. In addition, we organize training gatherings that bring together our managers from across Turkey and the central office departments. We also offer position-specific training plans and a variety of up-to-date training programs sourced from training consultancy companies. As we continue to update our training and orientation processes, we have made positive revisions to the benefits we offer to our employees. Since the pandemic, we have expanded our Psychological Counseling support and are now collaborating with the most comprehensive health and well-being platform to help our employees maintain a work-life balance. Our company is taking significant steps towards creating a work culture aimed at increasing employee engagement. In a workshop held in 2024 with the participation of managers and senior employees, key factors affecting employee satisfaction were identified.
